• Statements made on day of auction take precedence over all previously written material and advertising. 
• Dan's Auction Service is not responsible for accidents, thefts, or errors in any published auction materials.

• All purchases must be paid in full on day of sale and prior to removal from premises.
• A 5% Buyer's Premium surcharge is added to bids on all purchases. 
• Buyers are not charged sales tax at gallery auctions.
• All checks must have printed physical address and be signed in the presence of cashier. 
• Only registered bidders may write checks. 
• Check writers must have a valid drivers license with photo ID.
• All checks are verified through Telecheck Corp.
